Located in the heart of historic Rumson in a bright, welcoming Victorian with inviting French country décor, Rumson Therapeutic & Sports Massage Center has been serving Monmouth County since 1995. We offer a variety of classic massages and therapeutic modalities designed to restore balance, soothe stressed-out muscles, melt away tension and facilitate healing while undergoing medical treatment.

Owner Cynthia Gardella has brought together a talented team of caring professionals dedicated to your wellness and comfort. Each member is highly skilled and certified in a variety of techniques and therapies, including the Vodder method of MLD, and brings with them a wealth of knowledge and experience from leading spas and training centers around the country.

Massage is a natural choice for reducing tension, stress and promoting relaxation. It can also be especially beneficial as a complement to conventional medical treatment for chronic neck, shoulder or back pain, sports-related injuries, radiation and chemotherapy and repetitive stress conditions such as TMJ or carpal tunnel syndrome.
